In 2012-2017 she was responsible for the development of human resources and the image of the employer at PKO Bank Polski S.A. Earlier, she worked in consulting companies Arthur Andersen, Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte. Privately, wife and mother of three children.

Zdzisława Cwalińska-Weychert

Vice President of the Management Board of UFG. Until 2010, the Vice President of the Management Board of Link4 TU, previously a member of the Management Board of this company and the Insurance Director responsible for the product offer as well as after-sales and damage customer service processes. At the same time, in 2006-2010, she managed the work of the insurance team in the direct model at the Polish Insurance Association. Previously associated with TUiR Warta, as well as BIG SA and BIG Bank S.A. A graduate of the Department of Resocialisation at the University of Special Education in Warsaw and Postgraduate Banking Studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Warsaw.

Dorota Piekarczyk

Specialist in development coaching, in identifying talents and using them effectively. She is a qualified work psychologist and social psychologist, and since 2015 a psychotherapist in the Alexander Lowen method.
Since 2004 she is a coach certified by International Coaching Certification. For over 12 years, she has been conducting individual and group coaching programs for managers, senior management, artists and public figures. She co-creates the leadership development forum – CEO Round Table and co-creates and conducts development workshops for the CEO – “Accompagnement By Peers” and co-development program for middle management – Wise&Young (www.wiseyoung.com).
Privately mother of an adult son and a dog lover. She loves dancing, running, and horse riding.

Igor Rusinowski

President of the Board and owner of UNILINK S.A. (from 2012). Earlier, a member of the Management Board and Sales Director at Link4, Strategy and Business Development Director in Central and Eastern Europe at RSA. For several years he was associated with the financial market working for consulting companies, initially for PricewaterhouseCoopers and later for McKinsey & Company. Has extensive international experience in the field of insurance as well as organization and management of sales networks.
Privately, dad of two wonderful children, an avid runner and marathon participant. His favorite motto is “Never give up!”.

Aleksandra Sierakowska

For the last 20 years she has worked in a family company dealing in the production of insulation and sealing for industry and construction. She has gone through all levels of career, from assistant in the Marketing Department, Product Manager, head of HR and the Office of the Board to the position of Vice President and CEO. She graduated from the Université Paris Diderot, SGH in Warsaw, Erasmus University of Rotterdam and the University of Gdańsk. A graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology and the Study of Authorities sponsored by Jacek Santorski. Currently on doctoral studies at the Kozminski University. Francophile, lover of mountain landscapes and dachshunds. Wife and mother of two wonderful, adult daughters.

Roman Wieczorek

For 18 years has been associated with one of the largest construction and development companies in the world, the Swedish group Skanska, in which in the years 2015-2016 he has been the President of the Management Board of Skanska Czech Republic and Slovakia based in Prague. As the first and only Pole in the 130-year history of the company, he was a member of the Management Board of the World Skanska Group based in Stockholm, acting as the Executive Vice President of the Management Board. Currently, sharing professional and life experience, he fulfils the role of a business advisor, mentor and lecturer. He cooperates with universities, companies and foundations.

Center for Ethics of Technology

Maciej Chojnowski

The program director and co-founder of the Center for Ethics of Technology at the Humanites Institute. An advocate of responsible innovation. A journalist by profession. He was the editor of the first Polish non-commercial portal devoted to AI – sztucznainteligencja.org.pl. He has conducted several dozen interviews with national and foreign experts in the field of new technologies. He dealt with communication in the field of science and ICT. A supporter of cooperation between engineers and humanists. He graduated from Polish philology at the University of Warsaw. In the past, a lecturer and teacher.

A mathematician with a passion for literature and foreign languages. She discovered the soul of a social activist first in a scout troop, and later in volunteering. This passion once led her to distant Kyrgyzstan, and later to the Humanites Institute straight from the world of Business Intelligence.
